All material on the Eat Out Awards website (www.eatoutawards.co.uk) and associated printed material produced in conjunction with the Eat Out Awards is the exclusive copyright of Eat Out Awards Ltd. This includes, but is not limited to logos, branding, content, and other intellectual property rights (registered and unregistered). All use, re-use, copying, reproduction and association with material on the site and in printed literature is forbidden unless prior approval is received in writing from Eat Out Awards Ltd.
Sponsors and Partners
All Sponsor and Partner names, logos, quotes and links to websites remain the exclusive copyright of the Sponsors and Partners. Furthermore, Eat Out Awards Ltd accepts no liability for any information supplied or linked to on or from the Eat Out Awards website.
Use of Eat Out Awards website
If you use the Eat Out Awards website we may record information about how you visited our site (such as details of the search engine or intermediary) and your IP address. We may also collect basic information using cookies about the way you have used the site during your visit, such as the time and duration of your visit, pages viewed per session, time exposed to particular pages etc. This information will be used to help us review our site's performance and help us provide you with a better experience and will not be shared with any third party.
We may also occasionally use cookies to recognise you as a site user and to personalise your visit. Most browsers automatically accept cookies. You can set your browser so that you will not receive cookies and you can delete existing cookies from your browser. However, you may find that some parts of the site will not function properly if you refuse cookies.
Voting
Voting by both text and online is open to all UK residents aged 18 years and over. All votes received via the eat out awards website will only be registered if accompanied by a valid email address (all email addresses will be validated by sending an automatic confirmation response). Only one vote per category is permitted from any valid email address. Additional votes from the same email address will not be registered.
Text votes sent to 84555 cost 25p plus standard network rates. Texts received after the closing date will not be counted but you may still be charged. Only one vote per category per mobile number will be accepted. Additional votes from the same mobile number will not be registered but will still be charged.
Prize Draw
All validated email addresses and mobile phone numbers will be entered into the Prize Draw to receive one of four (4) £50 vouchers to be redeemed at any of the winning restaurants. Prize Winners will be drawn at random from the email and mobile phone voters database, and will be contacted directly via that email address or mobile number. Prize Winners will be notified on Monday 11th January 2010. Eat Out Awards Ltd accept no responsibility should the Prize Winners not respond to the email or mobile number and thereby not receive their prize. All prizes are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash in whole or in part, and must be redeemed by June 1st 2010.
Data Protection Statement
All personal information supplied by you will be treated in confidence by Eat Out Awards Ltd, and will not be disclosed to any third parties except where your consent has been received or where permitted by law. This includes all email addresses and mobile numbers supplied as part of the Restaurant Voting process. Eat Out Awards will use email addresses and mobile numbers to contact you in the event that you are a Prize Draw Winner. Eat Out Awards Ltd may also contact you in relation to future events or products operated exclusively by Eat Out Awards Ltd.
